A relocated PID controller now sits at eye level, and new software makes managing settings and programming exceptionally smooth. The Open Box Tune takes its name from Rocket's Tune programming: a low-pressure pre- and post-infusion profile that harmonizes your shots with softer starts and longer finishes. Also found on the Rocket Bicocca, Tune programming lets you set two 3-bar times before and after full-pressure extraction. Redesigned steam and hot water valves can be tapped inward for staccato purges or turned as usual for modulated delivery.
