Fan Favorite Pick: TerraCafe Demi Super Automatic Espresso Machine

The TerraCafe Demi is a very easy machine to recommend. This superautomatic espresso machine only brews espresso. It has no milk system for steaming/frothing milk. While this may seem like a major limitation at first, when compared to pod machines it makes for a much higher performance option that’s perfect for a wide range of users.

For starters, the espresso is good, quite good in fact. It’s no secret that you sacrifice a bit of performance for the automation that comes with these machines. Since you can’t carefully control the preparation of the grounds it is often difficult to get the same level of flavor from a superautomatic. This year we really wanted to reward this machine, because it’s just a great choice for users looking for a do-it-all machine. With solid programming, automatic milk frothing, and intelligent water filters that help you to manage maintenance, the E8 really does do everything you’d want from a superautomatic espresso machine.

Thanks to Jura’s Pulse Extraction Process (or P.E.P.) the espresso quality from this machine is very high as well. The milk frothing system even works great with alternative milks like soy, oat, and almond.
